Northwest Ohio Undercoating uses information submitted through its estimate request form to answer inquiries, evaluate service suitability and arrange service. No online payment or automatic appointment is taken through this website.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect the name and phone number you provide, vehicle year, make/model and size, your description of rust or prior coatings, the coating and coverage options you choose, and any notes you add. We may also collect campaign tags in the URL, such as whether your request came from Facebook Messenger.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to the specific request, discuss pricing and service compatibility, and coordinate your vehicle drop-off. Consent to a quote-related call or text is not an enrollment in marketing messages.

Where quote requests go

This website is designed to process submissions using Netlify Forms and to notify the business through its configured email alerts. Form submissions can be stored in the website's Netlify account. If a different hosting or form provider is used, this notice must be updated before publication.

Requesting changes or deletion

To ask about information supplied through the quote form or request a correction or deletion, use the contact page and mention your previous quote request. We will review the request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Updates

We may update this notice when we add new website services, analytics or advertising tools. This version does not represent that any Meta Pixel or other optional tracking code is installed.
